About
Jayne is an established real estate professional who has worked in the industry since 1999. She has lived and worked along the Florida Gulf Coast since 1978. In addition to her exemplary sales career, she and her husband, David Kocher, a local builder, built and sold property with a special affinity for historic neighborhoods located along the Manatee River in Bradenton. As co-owner of a building company that focuses on restoration, renovation and new construction, which pays homage to the craftsmanship and characteristics of homes of yesteryear, she has distinguished herself as an unparalleled resource in the genre for buyers seeking homes of historic nature. Jayne studied at Stetson University and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in political science and urban planning. She has a strong commitment to her community and as a volunteer for the Junior League of Manatee County and as a board member of the Downtown Development Authority as well as various civic and arts organizations. She is a member of the Manatee Association of REALTORS® and a full-time resident here with her husband, David.
