Jayne has been living, working and raising a family on Florida’s Gulf Coast since 1978. She studied at Stetson University and graduated from Florida State University. She possesses a wealth of knowledge about the local real estate market. As a leader in the community, Jayne understands the importance of giving back. Over the years, she has served in organizations such as the Junior League of Manatee County, Bradenton Kiwanis, the Bradenton Downtown Development Authority, as well as, various other civic and arts organizations. She currently serves on the Bradenton City Council.

In addition to her education and exemplary sales career, Jayne and her husband, David Kocher, have built, restored and renovated many properties, with a special affinity for historic neighborhoods located along the Manatee River in Bradenton. That experience provides her the ability to identify opportunities for customers concerning a home’s space or style, and the skill to make recommendations that create a vision for change and/or improvement.
